Nida Ansari is the founder of Karmic, a firm that designs, builds, and scales innovation ecosystems. She has served as Chief Innovation Officer for Indiana's largest innovation district, built a $5M hardtech accelerator, and worked as a corporate investor. With Fortune 200 innovation experience launching products in 50+ countries, she brings business scaling, ecosystem development, and real-world commercialization insight to every team she works with. Over the last decade, she has mentored startups from hardtech to life sciences through programs like Techstars and gener8tor, and taught storytelling and pitch coaching around the world.
Nida serves on the board of the Immigrant Welcome Center and, through her nonprofit Karmic Impact, delivers impact-driven events connecting founders with the resources they need.
