Abdullah Baig

Abdullah Baig is the founder of Pam, an AI company building an autonomous "AI workforce" for the automotive industry — voice, chat, and text agents that handle the calls, bookings, and customer follow-ups dealerships struggle to keep up with.

A George Mason University alum building out of the DMV, he's focused on agentic AI that's measured by outcomes, not demos. Pam's agents brought one dealership back more than 1,200 lapsed service customers, nearly doubled its monthly repair orders, and lifted inbound booking rates from the mid-50s into the high-70s.

His work has been featured by NVIDIA in its AgentPerf benchmark, spotlighting Pam among the teams pushing real-world performance for production AI agents.
